Program 01
Field Leadership Intensive
Two deliberate days for leaders who need to hold direction, share authority, and keep a group thinking when conditions change.
Plan this program- For
- Emerging and established people leaders
- Duration
- Two days, with a pre-program design call
- Setting
- Foothill and lower-alpine terrain near Boulder
- Group size
- 8–16 participants
The question
How can you lead without becoming the bottleneck?
Participants work through a sequence of route, resource, and communication decisions. Leadership rotates. Information is uneven by design. Facilitators watch for the moments when clarity strengthens—or narrows—the group’s thinking.
The challenge is accessible and non-technical. The rigor comes from making a decision, seeing its effect, and examining the pattern without defensiveness.

- Day 02 / AfternoonBring it back
